Old habits die hard

When I find myself in a rut, doing the same things and following the same routine,
and don’t get the outcome I expect, I change direction. I know you probably think that’s fine in theory but not as easy in practice. But what’s the point of struggling with something that doesn’t lead to better things?

Take Stock Of Your Life And Change What Doesn’t Work. How you might ask?
Well, through Trial and Error. Simply put: Experiment different ways to achieve
something because it’s the best way to find out what works and doesn’t work for You.

So many people find themselves in the wrong life, work and relationship. Why?

Because OLD HABITS DIE HARD. We’re used to doing the same things and when they don’t work out in our favour, we find reasons to not change what we’re comfortable with. It’s okay to feel scared and insecure about things and situations we’re unfamiliar with. Humans thrive on deep meaningful connections and when people don’t live up to our expectations, instead of moving on and changing aspects of our lives, we tend to stick with what we’re comfortable with. Even going as far as putting our lives on hold.

DON’T GIVE UP ON YOU AND WASTE TIME AND ENERGY ON WHAT DOESN’T MAKE YOU HAPPY.

I’ve always been open to new challenges and opportunities. If something doesn’t live up to my expectations, whether personal or professional, I change my mind set and find other ways of achieving what works best. Sometimes, aims and dreams don’t come true. Write your life manuscript and live the best life for you.
